Line a large baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. In a heavy 4- to 6-quart Dutch oven melt butter over low heat. Stir in marshmallows. Heat and stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla, salt, and green food coloring until combined. Remove from heat. Add cereals and coconut to the marshmallow mixture; stir gently to coat.
Place a pretzel stick on the prepared baking sheet. Using a small scoop, transfer a scoop of the cereal over half of the pretzel stick to resemble a tree branch. Repeat with remaining pretzel sticks and cereal. Top with sprinkles. Let stand until set (30 to 60 minutes).
