  • In a large bowl combine greens, cauliflower, carrot and barley.

  • In a screw-top jar combine lemon or lime juice, honey, oil, paprika, mace, and cayenne. Cover and shake well. Drizzle over salad.

Tips

Prepare dressing. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Shake well before using.
