Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved or quartered

  • 2 slices turkey bacon, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer at 400°F. In a large bowl whisk together maple syrup, oil, everything bagel seasoning, and pepper. Add Brussels sprouts and bacon; toss to coat.

  2. Working in batches if needed, arrange Brussels sprouts mixture in a single layer in air-fryer basket (do not over-crowd). Cook 4 minutes; shake basket. Cook 4 to 6 minutes more or until sprouts are tender and deep golden brown and bacon is crisp.
