Directions

  1. On a lightly floured surface, roll bread dough into a 14-inch circle. Transfer dough to a greased 13-inch pizza pan. Build up edges slightly. Prick generously with a fork. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
  2. Sprinkle chopped sweet peppers over hot crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, fontina cheese, Parmesan cheese, and feta cheese. Sprinkle parsley and basil over cheeses. Arrange tomato slices on top. In a small mixing bowl combine olive oil and garlic. Brush tomato slices with oil mixture.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until cheeses melt and pizza is heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
