Directions

  1. Grease 1-quart casserole; set aside. Drain pineapple, reserving juice (you should have about 2/3 cup juice). In medium bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Stir in reserved juice until smooth. Stir in the pineapple and cheese. Pour into prepared casserole.
  2. In small bowl, stir together the crackers and margarine; sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden. Makes 4 to 6 side-dish servings.
