Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large saucepan combine gravy and pesto; stir in turkey and frozen vegetables. Bring to boiling, stirring frequently. Divide hot mixture among six 8-ounce au gratin dishes.
Unroll and separate breadsticks. Arrange one breadstick on top of each dish. (Bake the remaining breadsticks according to package directions and save for another use.) Bake pot pies about 15 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown.
