Throw a pizza party and let guests make their own with different toppings: red peppers, onions, anchovies, sausage, blue cheese.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush pita bread lightly with oil; spread tomato sauce over bread. Top with olives; add cheese slices. Place on an ungreased large baking sheet.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until pizzas are heated through and cheese is softened. Top with prosciutto and basil.
To vary this recipe, use pesto as a base instead of tomato. Or substitute mushrooms for the proscuitto to make a vegetarian friendly pizza.
