Easy Garlic Bread

Directions

  1. Brush both sides of bread with olive oil.
  2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place bread in skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side or until toasted. Cool slightly. Rub one side of each slice with cut side of garlic and tomato. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

To make it perfect, you have to add some good OLIVE OIL! (extra virgin if possible) This is how we eat it in a region of SPAIN (Catalonia) in Europe ;)
