  • Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl stir together undrained fruit, the 2 tablespoons sugar, and the tapioca. Divide fruit mixture between two 10-ounce ramekins or custard cups.

  • For topping, in a small bowl stir together biscuit mix and the 1 tablespoon sugar; stir in milk until combined. Spoon topping over fruit mixture. If desired, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon-sugar. Place ramekins in a shallow baking pan.

  • Bake about 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden. Serve warm.

*Tip:

Thaw fruit overnight in the refrigerator; do not drain.
