Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat twelve 2-1/2-inch muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside.
Unroll breadstick dough and separate into 24 strips. Press each strip to flatten slightly. Press ends of two strips together to make one long strip. Repeat with remaining strips, making 12 long strips. Spread some of the butter over each long strip. In a small bowl stir together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each strip. Roll each strip into a spiral, starting from a short side. Place dough spirals in prepared muffin cups, spiral sides up.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from muffin cups; cool slightly. Drizzle with caramel topping.
