Directions

  1. Place beef roast and juices in a large saucepan. Add beets and beef broth. Bring to boiling, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon. Add cabbage and tomato. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Season to taste with pepper. If desired, serve with sour cream.
