Directions

  1. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine vegetable juice, celery stalk, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Discard celery halves. Ladle into heatproof cups. Makes 8 (6-ounce) servings.
