Ingredients

  • ½ cup coffee ice cream

  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka

  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) coffee liqueur

  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) creme de cacao

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • Chocolate-covered coffee beans, coarsely chopped (optional)

Directions

  • In a blender, combine ice cream, vodka, coffee liqueur, and creme de cacao. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth.

  • Pour mixture into eight espresso cups. If desired, top each with coarsely chopped coffee beans. Serve immediately. Makes 8 (1-ounce) servings.
