Spirited (or Non-Spirited) Cranberry Slush
- In a blender container combine 2 cups of the cranberry juice and the cranberries. Process with on/off turns just until cranberries are finely chopped. Transfer to a 3-quart freezer container. Stir in remaining cranberry juice, lemonade concentrate, and vodka.
- Cover and freeze overnight.
- To serve, let mixture stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Scrape a large spoon across frozen mixture; spoon about 1/2 cup into a chilled 8-ounce glass. Fill glass with carbonated beverage. If desired, garnish with mint sprig. Makes about 11 cups slush (enough for 22 servings).

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka and use 6 cups total cranberry juice. May need to let stand up to 30 minutes before scraping.
