Directions
- In a large saucepan stir together the unsweeted cocoa powder and sugar. Using a whisk, stir in the milk, whipping cream, stick cinnamon, vanilla, and chopped bittersweet chocolate. Heat and stir over medium heat until just boiling. Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve immediately topped with whipped cream. Makes 10 servings.
