Pisco Sour Drink
- In a glass pitcher combine the pisco or rum, guava nectar, sugar, and lime juice. Add a few shakes of Angostura bitters; stir well to dissolve sugar. Divide mixture among 4 glasses. add ice; top with a lime wedge and fresh mint. Makes 4 servings.

You forgot this is YOUR own version of Pisco Sour because I am peruvian (and that's were Pisco and Pisco Sour are form) and this couldn't be further from the original/real recipe. First of all, we don't drink guava juice ever..not that we don't like them it's just that they're not native to southern south american..your drink doesn't sound bad but please don't call it Pisco Sour because it is NOT that. Also..how could you change Pisco for Rum when Pisco is made of grapes while Rum is made of sugar cane? They're absolutely different!
