  1. In a blender container combine buttermilk, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, through opening in lid. Blend until smooth and frothy. Makes 2 (about 10-ounce) servings.
