Garnish with sliced apples. Cinnamon-Apple Syrup In a small saucepan, combine demerara sugar, apple cider, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes, until reduced by half (about 3/4 cup). Cool to room temperature, then strain out cinnamon sticks. FOR ONE DRINK In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine 1/4 cup Lairds Applejack; 3 tablespoons apple cider; 1 tablespoon Catdaddy Moonshine; 1-1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon-Apple Syrup; 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
