In a saucepan stir together 1-1/2 cups of the apple juice and the gelatin. Cook over low heat until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in the remaining apple juice. Pour into a pitcher. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until slightly thickened.
Divide gelatin mixture evenly among 6 glasses. Slowly pour about 1/2 cup of the orange drink down the side of each glass so that it floats on top of the green mixture. Makes 6 servings.
