Coffee Bean Vodka
- Place beans on a piece of 100 percent cotton cheesecloth and tie into a bundle with clean 100 percent cotton string. Gently crush a few beans by tapping lightly with a rolling pin. Pour vodka into a plastic freezer container; insert the bundle into the vodka. Cover; store in the freezer for least four days or up to two weeks. To keep the vodka chilled longer, remove the coffee bean bundle. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
