Directions
- In a blender container or food processor bowl combine berries, corn syrup, and ginger. Cover and blend or process until pureed. Press berries through a fine-mesh sieve; discard seeds.* Transfer to a half-pint jar with lid. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
- To serve, combine the berry-ginger mixture with cider in a large pitcher or jug. For an individual serving, add 2 tablespoons of berry mixture to 8 ounces (1 cup) cider. Serve over ice. Top with fresh berries. Makes 8 servings.
