  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl stir together rolled oats, oat bran cereal, wheat germ, and pecans. In a small bowl stir together applesauce, honey, oil, and cinnamon; pour over cereal mixture. Stir until applesauce is evenly distributed.

  • Spread granola evenly in the prepared pan. Bake about 40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in dried fruit. Spread granola on foil to cool.

Place cooled granola in an airtight container; cover. Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
