Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients (through salt). Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. In a medium bowl combine the next six ingredients (through vanilla). Add egg mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips, 3/4 cup of the graham crackers, and 3/4 cup of the marshmallow bits. Transfer batter to prepared pan. In a small bowl combine the remaining 1/4 each chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallow bits; sprinkle over batter. Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes of baking, if necessary, to prevent overbrowning. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
