- Cover an 18- to 24-inch foam cone with plastic wrap. Place the cone in the center of a pedestal cake plate.
- Start at the base and affix powdered sugar donut holes around the cone using toothpicks. Continue layers, arranging the donut holes to fill holes, until you reach the top of the cone. If desired, add a couple star cookie cutout adornments.
- Make sure to share with your guests that this tree is meant to be eaten. With a simple pull, the donut hole is theirs to enjoy.
