Snip off the end and pipe 6 leafy pineapple tops with a stem (to insert into the donut) on wax paper lined baking sheet. Let stand until dry.* (Alternatively, you could just use a little rosemary stem. . but who wants to eat that?) Dip donuts in yellow candy coating. Combine white candy coating with remaining yellow candy coating to create a light yellow. Transfer to a small plastic bag. Snip off end and pipe pineapple detail on donuts. Sprinkle with coconut. Carefully dip outer edges of the pink coating on the donut into the green sugar to create watermelon rind. Decorate witht mini chocolate chips as seeds in the pink area only. KIWI Combine 4 ounces green candy coating with 4 ounces white candy coating. Dip donuts in light green candy coating. Let stand until almost dry. Stir in 4 ounces green candy coating to remaining light green candy coating. Carefully dip outer edges of the light green coating on the donut into the dark green coating.
