  • In food processor or blender combine yogurt, apples, cucumber, apple juice, mint, jalapeno, and salt. Cover and process or blend until mixture is nearly smooth. (If container is too full, process or blend half of the mixture at a time.) If desired, garnish each serving with mint and serve with pizzelles. Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
