Directions

  1. In a small saucepan combine sugar and gelatin. Stir in 1 cup of the juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining juice.
  2. Divide gelatin mixture among six 3- to 4-ounce glasses or small dishes. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or until set. Garnish with edible flowers, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
