Rum Baby Cakes
Pineapple sits on top of a rum-spiked brown sugar base and is topped with a sweet coconut batter for these mini desserts.
To Reheat Cakes:
Wrap loosely in foil and bake in a 350°F oven about 10 minutes or until heated through. Or, place in microwave, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 30 seconds or until heated through.
