Directions

  1. In a large food processor bowl combine peaches, sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice. Cover and process until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping and sour cream.
  2. Transfer to a freezer container. Cover and freeze for 4 to 24 hours. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes to soften slightly. Makes 6 servings.
