Directions

  1. If using whole passion fruit, halve fruit; press through a fine sieve. In a chilled bowl combine whipping cream and sugar. Beat with chilled beaters of an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  2. Slowly whisk in strained passion fruit pulp and juice or purchased passion fruit pulp. Spoon over desired fresh fruit. Makes about 1/2 cup, 4 servings.
