  • In a medium saucepan combine orange marmalade and orange juice. Bring to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Serve at once or transfer to a bowl; cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Before serving, transfer sauce to a small saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until warm. Makes 1-1/4 cups (10 2-tablespoon servings).

You will need about 3 oranges for 3/4 cup fresh orange juice. Or, use purchased orange juice.
