Spray a 9-inch pie plate or six 5-inch quiche dishes or six 10-ounce custard cups with nonstick coating; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl combine skim milk, flour, egg product, granulated sugar, cooking oil, vanilla, and almond extract. Using an electric mixer on low speed or a rotary beater beat until smooth. Arrange plums, peaches or nectarines, and cherries in prepared pie plate, quiche dishes, or custard cups. Pour batter over fruit.
Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned. Sift powdered sugar over top. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
