Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl toss cake cubes with half of the Amaretto or orange juice/almond extract mixture. In a small mixing bowl combine remaining amaretto or orange juice mixture, sour cream, and powdered sugar.
  2. For each serving, place a few cake cubes into the bottom of a parfait glass followed by about 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture. Add a layer of mangoes. Repeat until glass is full. Repeat with three more glasses. Cover; chill up to 1 hour. (Longer chilling could result in soggy cake cubes.) Garnish with fruit, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
