Peanut Butter-Fudge Sauce:
Prepare as above, except after gently boiling for 8 minutes, stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter. Makes 1-3/4 cups sauce.
Hazelnut-Mocha Sauce:
Prepare as directed, except stir in 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread with the semisweet pieces and butter. After removing sauce from heat, stir in 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur or strong coffee. Makes 2 cups.
