For the glaze, in a small skillet heat orange marmalade, butter or margarine, and orange liqueur or orange juice over medium heat just until marmalade and butter melt. Add fruit. Spoon glaze over fruit. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 to 7 minutes or until fruit is tender, gently stirring once. Divide the warm fruit between two dessert dishes. Sprinkle each serving with chopped candied or crystallized ginger. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
