Arrange fresh fruit in each of two dessert bowls. Drizzle with orange juice and top with vanilla yogurt.
Place sugar in a heavy small skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, uncovered, without stirring, just until sugar begins to melt and bubble, shaking the skillet occasionally to heat evenly. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and golden, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon after sugar begins to melt. Remove skillet from heat. Quickly and carefully drizzle caramelized sugar over each serving. Serve immediately.
