Directions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat whipping cream in the chilled bowl until soft peaks form (tips curl). Gradually fold in chocolate syrup until smooth; fold in cookie pieces.
  3. Arrange bananas and strawberries in four dessert dishes. Spoon chocolate mixture on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
