  • Slice off upper 1/3 of orange. Carefully remove and drain pulp; reserve juice for another use. Reserve orange cup. Cut pulp into bite-size pieces; set aside.

  • In a small mixer bowl beat cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in orange pulp and crushed cookie, candy, or chocolate pieces, if desired. Spoon into orange cup. Cover with clear plastic wrap and freeze about 3 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Makes 1 serving.


You may substitute 1/2 cup frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed, for the whipping cream and sugar.
