Caramel Crunch Ice-Cream Sauce
- In a medium skillet melt margarine or butter. Add almonds; cook and stir over medium-low heat about 5 minutes or until browned. Add the corn syrup, brown sugar, and water to skillet. Heat and stir until bubbly and the brown sugar is dissolved (about 4 minutes).
- Stir in the rice cereal. Serve immediately over ice cream. Makes about 1 cup (eight 2-tablespoon servings).
