Cute Banana Split Cupcakes
- Place canned frosting in freezer until firm, about 20 minutes (cold, firm frosting will be easier to scoop). Using a small cookie dough scoop, place a small scoop of the first flavor of icing on top of each cupcake. Wash scoop and repeat with second flavor, and then third.
- Melt candy coating and spoon or pipe a small amount onto the top of each cupcake in the center of the frosting scoops.
- While still warm, place a candy ball in center of each cupcake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

For banana split flavor, add 2 tablespoons of banana extract to your cupcake batter!
