Directions

  1. Place canned frosting in freezer until firm, about 20 minutes (cold, firm frosting will be easier to scoop). Using a small cookie dough scoop, place a small scoop of the first flavor of icing on top of each cupcake. Wash scoop and repeat with second flavor, and then third.
  2. Melt candy coating and spoon or pipe a small amount onto the top of each cupcake in the center of the frosting scoops.
  3. While still warm, place a candy ball in center of each cupcake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

For banana split flavor, add 2 tablespoons of banana extract to your cupcake batter!
