To prepare rice blend, In a medium saucepan combine 1 3/4 cups water and 1 cup rice blend. Bring to boiling; reduce heat Simmer, covered, about 45 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. If you can't find unseasoned wild and brown rice blend, substitute two 8.8-oz. pouches cooked long grain and wild rice blend.
