4 stars really, really yummy, addicting, and really do taste like cinnamon rolls--will make again! Nut filling sticks to paper & may make some cupcakes crumble. I got 24 cupcakes, and a HUGE gob of icing that required way more than 1/4 cup cream to get to spreading/light/fluffy, probably over 1/2 cup. Humidity can affect icing, but next time I will use 7 cups powdered sugar to cut down a still very generous amount & closer to desired consistency w/out so much cream.

It does say below, not in the batter making..This is one problem I always have with recipes on internet..They run everything together, instead of batter ingredients, then below the filling or frosting etc..

How much granulated sugar do we add to the creamed butter? That is missing from the list of ingredients.

The flavor was great however the the crumb topping fell apart when they were taken out of the pan.

Personally, I don't like my cinnamon rolls with any type of nut in them. These cupcakes were a hit! Instead of the butter frosting, I decided to make these with a cream cheese frosting which made them taste great! Added a bit more brown sugar layers in the cake to give it a more cinnamon roll taste. Really good recipe!

Really good. The cupcake is really moist and delicious. I didn't have the frosting stuff so I just mixed powdered sugar and milk and drizzled it over the top like a cinnamon roll :P Came out sooo good. My husband ate 5 for breakfast.
