Even if it doesn't look or feel like summer outside, one sip of this fresh limeade recipe will transport you to a poolside scene.




  • In a blender pulse one sliced cucumber and 1/4 cup water to break it up; blend on high until liquefied. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract juice. Discard solids. Add 6 cups water, 1 cup lime juice, and 1/2 cup honey. Chill. Serve with lime and cucumber.
