Ingredients

  • 6 slices wheat bread

  • 4 ounce Burrata cheese

  • 1 cucumber, sliced thin

  • 3 medium radishes, sliced thin

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Spread bread with Burrata cheese, the layer on sliced cucumbers and radishes.

  2. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Trim crust, if desired, and cut diagonally.
