One of our favorite holiday desserts, these crispy treats use rice cereal and mini marshmallows to create their signature gooey crunch. Mix some dried cranberries and chopped pistachios into these dessert balls to make them even tastier.

  • Using a buttered 1/4-cup cookie scoop or buttered hands, shape mixture into 36 balls; place on a buttered sheet of foil. Let stand at room temperature until firm and no longer sticky.

Classic Crispy Bars:

Prepare as directed, except omit dried cranberries and pistachio nuts. Transfer mixture to a buttered 13x9x2-inch baking pan; press firmly into pan. Cool. Cut into bars.
