Creole Turkey Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. In a large bowl combine the first nine ingredients (through garlic). Add turkey; mix well.
- Shape turkey mixture into 30 meatballs. Place meatballs in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered, about 25 minutes or until done (165 degrees F).*

*Test Kitchen Tip:
The internal color of a meatball is not a reliable doneness indicator. A poultry meatball cooked to 165 degrees F is safe, regardless of color. To measure the doneness of a meatball, insert an instant-read thermometer into the center of the meatball.
