For sauce, in a blender container or food processor bowl combine cottage cheese, applesauce, and honey. Cover and blend or process until smooth.
In a large bowl stir together nectarine slices, apple slices, grapes, and banana slices. Divide fruit among 6 dessert dishes. Spoon some of the sauce over each serving and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Serves 6.
Cover the sauce and chill up to 24 hours.
