Cranberry-Orange Relish

Directions

  1. Cut peel and white pith from orange; cut orange segments free from the membrane. Discard any seeds.
  2. In food processor pulse orange segments, cranberries, apple, 1/4 cup sugar, and the allspice until coarsely chopped. Transfer mixture to a bowl and, if desired, stir in the remaining sugar. Cover and chill up to one week.
