  • In a food processor combine combine cranberries, brown sugar, lime peel, lime juice, and, if desired, bourbon. Cover and process until cranberries are finely chopped. Chill 2 hours or up to 24 hours before serving. Bring to room temperature before serving. Garnish with thinly sliced lime, if desired.
