Crab Rangoon Dip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a large bowl combine the first 9 ingredients (through garlic) with an electric mixer. Fold in crabmeat, 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/2 cup sliced green onions. Transfer mixture to a bundt pan. Top dip with remaining cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  2. Before serving, top dip with additional sliced green onions and serve with Fried Wonton Wrappers and veggie dippers.

Fried Wonton Wrappers

Directions

  1. In a large skillet: heat oil over medium heat. Cook wonton wrappers, one at a time, in hot oil about 3 minutes or until brown and crisp, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
